My story

Two cultures, one way of working

I grew up in China, studied economics and international business, then worked in foreign trade and international education, always between Chinese and international people.

Studying in the UK and living across Asia and Europe opened my mind. I learned to feel at home in unfamiliar places, to listen before assuming, and to accept that there is often more than one right way to do things. That openness now shapes how I work with every client, student and partner.
